Family Law Section Meeting
Please join us for a regular meeting of the Family Law Section on Thursday April 28, 2016 at Noon. The meeting is at the Center for American and International Law, 5201 Democracy Drive, Plano, Texas 75024.
John Snell, Certified Divorce Lending Professional (CDLP) will be presenting on “C.H.A.O.S. Where the Disciplines of Family Law and Mortgage Lending Converge.” This program will educate Family law practitioners on the issues, challenges, and strategies that have potential to impact their clients’ financial future and ability to obtain mortgage financing post-divorce.
A caselaw update will also be provided by Melinda Eitzen of Duffee-Eitzen.
