Estate Planning/Probate Section Meeting
Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, November 10, 2017, for a “Fiduciary Litigation Update” presented by David Johnson, managing partner of the Fort Worth office of Winstead, P.C. Mr. Johnson will present a review of recent Texas appellate cases that address issues of recent Texas precedent impacting fiduciary litigation. Some of the issues that he will address are informal confidential relationships, funding of trusts, tortious interference with inheritance claims, forfeiture actions, employee liability for tortious conduct, slayer rule, and other recent developments in this area of the law.
