Please join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, August 10, 2018, and welcome Allan Peiser of Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP as he discusses “Considerations in Selling a Business”. Mr. Peiser is the managing partner of Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP and will speak from a CPA's perspective on tax considerations when selling a business.
