Davis.  Lora will educate us about the new tax laws relating to portability of a deceased spouse’s unused exemption amount to his or her surviving spouse. She will help us identify when portability is preferable, the information needed to make the election, potential conflicts and the effect portability rules have on planning alternatives.  This is essential information for all attorneys who draft or probate wills.\n \n \n \nDate:  December 11, 2015\n \nTime:  11:45-1:00\n \nLocation:  Abuelo's in East Plano, 3420 N.
