He will explore the different rules and procedures required by each of the Judges and practice tips for each Probate Court. Mr. Wilburn will also discuss the differing roles of attorneys who are appointed by each court to serve in a fiduciary capacity, such as attorney ad litems, guardian ad litems, guardians, and administrators.  Mr. Wilburn will further focus on each probate court’s unique policies and procedures.
