Monroe, Associate Judge for the Dallas County Probate Courts.  Judge Monroe will give us an in depth review of the Small Estate Affidavit statutes, highlighting difficulties attorneys have in properly completing Small Estate Affidavits and also highlighting recent legislative changes to TEC Section 205.\n \n \n \nDate:               March 9, 2018\n \nTime:               11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.\n \nLocation:         Abuelo's in East Plano, 3420 N.
