As a litigation and elder law attorney, Erin will walk through how beneficiary designations, Wills, and Trusts can be busted up and contested in probate proceedings after death and as pre-death contests in guardianship proceedings. Erin will also address the planning techniques used by professionals that must be busted in order to qualify individuals for public benefits.
