It will cover both Federal and Texas law along with required admonitions, necessary parties and practice tips.\n\n\n \nSPEAKER: Judge Don McDermitt\n\n\n \nJudge McDermitt currently sits as the Juvenile Referee for the 417th District Court. He presides over daily juvenile detention hearings, reviews written submissions for Deferred Prosecution, makes probable cause findings for detained juveniles and hears agreed pleas.
