Roberts, who goes by Jim, is an estate planning and probate attorney with Glast, Phillips & Murray, PC in Dallas.  Jim is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law, and a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel.  He has written multiple papers and articles, and has spoken at multiple venues across the state and the nation, focusing on estate planning and taxation. \n \nTopic: Selected Provisions of SECURE 2.0\n \nThis presentation will focus on select provisions of SECURE 2.0 which are those most likely to be encountered by estate planning, probate and fiduciary litigation attorneys.
