· Title: “A Sunday Drive through ADR Options – Including Some Stops You Haven’t Heard Of”
· Speaker: Anne Shuttee, Esq., Law Office of Anne Shuttee
· Description: Most business disputes are resolved via “kitchen table” negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation. This presentation will survey some less well-known ADR options available for the resolution of such disputes, including baseball (and night baseball) arbitration, arb-med, med-arb, civil collaborative law, cooperative law, settlement counsel, and confidential listener processes.
