Estate Planning/Probate Section Meeting
Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, February 8, for “10 Easy Steps to Determination of Heirship” presented by Judge Lincoln Monroe and Ellen Williamson. Judge Monroe will address the Texas Estates Code requirements and potential pitfalls for attorneys. Ms. Williamson will address the attorney perspectives of dealing with clients in preparation of the application and presenting evidence to the court.
