Topic: Economic Sanctions: Add Russia to the Growing List
The U.S. government's use of economic sanctions as a policy tool has ballooned over the past few decades. This presentation provides a general overview of economic sanctions, including the recent sanctions against Russia. This presentation will emphasize the importance of addressing economic sanctions with a compliance program and contractual protections. It will also address the ethical issues for attorneys in dealing with economic sanctions.
