TOPIC: Pros and Cons of Collaborative Law
Join collaborative divorce lawyers Lisa Marquis and Esther R. Donald for a candid conversation about the good, the bad, and the ugly about collaborative law. Spoiler alert: there’s not much ugly, and in fact these two experienced practitioners both feel that the collaborative process is an ADR method that is extremely well suited for the resolution of divorce and family law matters. Lisa and Esther will highlight the unique features of collaborative divorce, share a few war (and peace) stories, and do a little “compare and contrast” between collaborative divorces and litigated divorces.
