Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, September 8, 2017, for “"Top 10 Considerations for Drafting to Avoid Litigation” presented by Bill Houser, of the Houser Law Firm. You will get .75 hours ethics for attending! Mr. Houser’s presentation will focus on practical suggestions for estate planners who want to avoid having their drafted documents contested or challenged at some point in the future
