SEPTEMBER 15, NOON

TOPIC: Legal Ethics in the Digital Age: What to Watch

“In the digital age of 24/7 lawyering, it is easy to forget that our ethical duties have not changed and equally easy to forget that those duties always come before speed or self-promotion. Let us give you the basics you need to know about in order to protect yourself from some of the potential pitfalls that come with practicing law in the digital age.”

A copy of the recently ABA published guide: “Legal Ethics and Social Media: A Practitioner’s Handbook” will be given away to one lucky winner.

SPEAKERS: Jason Friedman is an attorney at Friedman & Feiger with a diverse litigation practice. Jason is currently serving as the Chairperson of the District 6 Grievance Committee for the 2017-2018 term, and previously served in this capacity from 2014-2016. He has also served on the committee as a Panel Chair. Jeanne Huey is an attorney at Hunt Huey PLLC with a business and family law litigation and mediation practice. She was the District 6 Grievance Committee Chair for the 2016-2017 term and served as a Panel chair on the committee for two years prior to that.
