"Americans with Disabilities Act: From Water Closets to Websites"
The presentation will track Title III of the ADA and, more specifically, the definition of "public accommodation," from enactment through today's expansion to include digital spaces, such as websites. The presentation will also explore compliance issues and other current trends in ADA litigation.
