The lecture will address contract ambiguity and parol evidence, merger and integration clauses, assignment clauses, jurisdiction and venue clauses, choice of law provisions, arbitration clauses, attorney’s fees provisions, contractual representations and warranties, notice provisions, third party beneficiaries, capacity, damages and limitations on liability, non-waiver provisions, severability, and general contractual language and punctation terms.
