Topic: Fiduciary Litigation Case Law Update
Mr. Johnson will present a review of recent Texas appellate cases that address issues of recent Texas precedent impacting fiduciary litigation. Some of the issues addressed are informal confidential relationships, funding of trusts, tortious interference with inheritance claims, forfeiture actions, employee liability for tortious conduct, slayer rule, and other recent developments in this area of the law.
