TOPIC: Certificates/Determinate Sentences
SPEAKER: Mitch Nolte - Partner, Gibbs, Nolte Robison and Rose
Mitch graduated from Texas Tech School of Law in 1996. He prosecuted for the Collin County District Attorney’s Office from 1996-2005. Upon leaving the DA’s Office he opened his own practice focusing in Adult & Juvenile Criminal Defense. Mitch is Board Certified in both Criminal Law and Criminal Appellate Law. He is active in both local and statewide legal organizations and has spoken often in the areas of Criminal and Juvenile Law.
