TOPIC: Easy Tax Talk

Kimberly will discuss potential changes to our Federal estate and gift tax laws and how those changes will affect estate planning. Kimberly will also review different estate planning techniques to plan for flexibility for clients who may be subject to the estate tax as our laws change.

SPEAKER: Kimberly Loveland

Kimberly Loveland’s practice concentrates on serving clients needing estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession, and asset protection. Her comprehensive approach considers the delicate balance of clients’ needs, goals, and family dynamics. Loveland empowers clients by translating legal techniques into approachable concepts that enable her clients to make informed decisions. Her goal is to educate her clients on the importance of protecting and preserving their legacies and assets. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida and is a certified mediator. Loveland is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
