TOPIC: The Durable Power of Attorney as a Least Restrictive Alternative to Guardianship: Appropriately Analyzed or Frequently Ignored?
This presentation will explore the intersection between durable power of attorney disputes and guardianships.
A durable power of attorney is frequently offered as the cause, and the solution, to many guardianship disputes.
