TOPIC: Digital Forensics - Preserving, Discovering and Presenting Digital Evidence in Civil Litigation Matters

In this presentation, Ms. Rubio will discuss the basics of digital forensics examinations, the differences between eDiscovery and digital forensics, and how digital forensics findings can be used in multiple types of civil litigation matters, including, but not limited to, employment issues, theft of intellectual property, patents and trademarks, and more.
