ESTATE PLANNING/PROBATE SECTION MEETING

A panel of distinguished estate planning and probate practitioners will debate the age-old question: to Trust or not to Trust? Which is better, a will-based plan or a trust-based plan? In addition to discussing the advantages and disadvantages of trusts and wills, the panelists will also address the practical, legal, and tax implications of funding or not funding certain trusts, compared to probating a decedent’s will.

WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO RSVP ONLY IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND IN ORDER TO HAVE AN ACCURATE HEAD COUNT FOR FOOD.
