Topic: The Power of a Letter of Intent
This presentation will discuss the benefits and advantages of using a letter of intent for mergers and acquisitions, commercial agreement, and similar transactions. Both buyer and seller perspectives will be considered. Participants will leave the presentation with some practical tips for using letters of intent more effectively in their business and legal operations.
