Join the Civil Litigation/Appellate Section on September 18 at noon for a virtual meeting. David Lauritzen will discuss "Texas Mineral Liens".

 

David Lauritzen is the head of the litigation department for Cotton, Bledsoe, Tighe & Dawson, P.C., in Midland, Texas. He is currently on the executive committee of the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys, on the board of directors for the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, and a sustaining life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in 1992 and his law degree from The University of Texas in 1996. An avid traveler and cook, David and his wife split their time between home in Midland and anywhere else the wind takes them.
