ADR SECTION VIRTUAL MEETING

DECEMBER 16, NOON

Join the Collin County ADR Section for an overview of the new Collin County Alternative Dispute Resolution Program (CCAP) and hear from Judge Kathryn Pruitt, Deborah Mackoy, Kimberly Killebrew, and Sharon Corsentino about how you as an attorney can be prepared in advance to maximize your likelihood of settlement at mediation, as well as how volunteer mediators for CCAP can tee up the mediation for success.  They will be sharing resources, best practices, and practical tips for mediating cases for CCAP, whether you are representing a party in the mediation or a new or seasoned mediator volunteering for CCAP.
