Topic: Elder Law Basics - What the Non-Elder Law Estate Planning Attorney Needs to Know

A practical overview of key elder law concepts.Topics include Medicaid eligibility rules in Texas, VA Aid and Attendance benefits. Attendees will learn how to identify potential elder law issues in their client base and how to better support aging clients and their families.

It is necessary that you RSVP attendance in order to have sufficient seating and food for the luncheon. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:40 am to go through the buffet and be seated by 11:50. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO RSVP ONLY IF YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ATTEND IN ORDER TO HAVE AN ACCURATE HEAD COUNT FOR FOOD.
