SOLO/SMALL FIRM SECTION MEETING

The next Solo/Small Firm section meeting will be held on March 24 at noon at Matt's Rancho Martinez located at 401 Central Expressway South in Allen.

Presentation: When Words Become Weapons: The Evolving Landscape of Business Disparagement Claims and Non-Disparagement Clauses

This presentation will involve a discussion of the law governing business disparagement claims and related contract provisions.

Speaker: Dan Elms

Dan Elms is a Shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Dallas office, and his practice is business litigation and arbitration focusing on business torts and contract disputes.  Dan represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial fights, and most of his current clients operate in the technology, real estate, and consumer products industries.  Dan is also the Immediate Past Editor-in-Chief of the ABA’s Litigation News publication.”
