Topic: This Must Be The Place: Plaintiff’s-Side Employment Practice
This program covers case selection, early strategic decisions, common pleading and proof pitfalls, discovery and deposition strategy, and positioning cases for mediation or trial. Attendees will gain concrete tools to strengthen advocacy and avoid costly missteps in plaintiff-side employment litigation.
