Estate Planning/Probate Section Meeting
Join the Estate Planning and Probate Section on Friday, February 10, 2017, for a CLE presented by Jack Wilburn on “Practicing in Dallas, Denton, and Collin County Probate Courts.” Mr. Wilburn will discuss the differences in practicing in Dallas, Denton, and Collin County Probate Courts. He will explore the different rules and procedures required by each of the Judges and practice tips for each Probate Court. Mr. Wilburn will also discuss the differing roles of attorneys who are appointed by each court to serve in a fiduciary capacity, such as attorney ad litems, guardian ad litems, guardians, and administrators. Mr. Wilburn will further focus on each probate court’s unique policies and procedures. You don’t want to miss this one!
