This presentation will address best practices and strategies on effective depositions – with the added focus of best practices for depositions in our new world of zoom/remote depositions.
SPEAKER: Sawnie McEntire (Parsons McEntire McCleary)
Sawnie McEntire is a director and shareholder with Parsons McEntire McCleary, PLLC, and has over 40 years of experience handling complex civil litigation in federal and state courts. In addition to an active practice, Sawnie has authored several books on trial practice, including Mastering the Art of Depositions, and has taught classes on the same at Southern Methodist University.
