Topic: Managing Legal Cost: Project Management and The Iron Triangle
There is increasing concern about the cost of legal services. To better address this concern lawyers should use Project Management tools to properly engage clients, effectively plan legal projects, efficiently execute those same projects, and correctly analyze the projects upon completion. To do so, lawyers must understand the impact of The Iron Triangle on the legal cost.
