In this session, we will explore the many aspects of corporate risk management and counsel’s role in that effort. We will discuss the process of identifying risk, different criteria for prioritizing risk, the major components of a compliance and risk management program, and assessing and monitoring the efficacy of a risk management program, including the use of technology.
