TOPIC: Surprising Benefits Of Your State Bar Membership
I will also invite questions about the Supreme Court’s proposed rules on paraprofessional practice and the Bar’s input on those Rules.
SPEAKER: G. David Smith
I have been licensed since 1983. I became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law in 1990. I served as the District One Director on the State Bar Board of Directors from 2021 through 2023. I am on the State Bar Pattern Jury Charge Committee, have served as advisor to Texas Lawyer Assistance Program, and have presented CLE topics at various State Bar CLE programs. I live in Rockwall where I practice with my stepson, Ryan K. Lee.
